It's easy to Give Back and make a difference to the community. Through this Give Back Platform you can choose to:

• make a pre-tax donation directly from payroll to more than 400 charities and thousands of ethical projects,
• find a skilled or hands on volunteering opportunity,
• or set up or donate to a fundraiser.   

Making it easy to Give Back is a key part of our ANZ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

AECOM has partnered with Karma Currency Foundation and Goodcompany for access to the Give Back platform. Established in 2007, The Karma Currency Foundation is an innovative, independent, charitable not-for-profit. In 2011 Karma Currency absorbed Goodcompany, Australia’s leading skilled volunteer matching website that together now supports more than 1,000 of Australia's most respected charities.

There are more than 1,400 charities listed on our Give Back platform.

Charities must meet certain criteria to join the program including Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Item 1 and Tax Concession Charity (TCC) status. You can check to see if a charity is DGR item 1 by searching here.

If your charity is not listed and they meet the criteria, email the details through to Goodcompany.

There is a small annual fee for a charity to register with the Karma Currency Foundation.

All permanent employees of AECOM in Australia and New Zealand are able to register for payroll donations to charities. Most fundraisers are set up to allow anyone (clients, friends, family etc) to donate to the fundraiser via the "Family and Friends" button on the fundraiser payment option.

Our Give Back program gives you the opportunity to donate to more than 400 charities pre-tax straight from your salary.

We make sure that every cent of your donation goes straight to your chosen charity so they can start putting your money to work. It doesn’t take much to make a difference and this site has hundreds of exciting ways you can support causes who could do with a little help.

Donating through the Give Back platform is a smart and simple way of giving back and helps your hard-earned dollars go further.  It takes the hassle out of your annual tax return and gives you an immediate tax benefit so your donation costs you less.

The site is secure and easy to use and you can start, stop or change your donations or the projects you support whenever you like through your personal login.

Make a real difference.

You can change your donation before the cut-off date for each pay cycle as often as you like. If you miss the cut-off date, your changes will be implemented in the next pay period.

The cut-off dates are displayed in your Workplace Giving tab in your account page. To visit My Account, simply click on your name in the top right hand corner.

It's easy to change or delete the amounts you are donating each pay:

· Log in to AECOM Give Back

· On the left hand side, select ‘Workplace Giving’

· Delete donations by clicking on rubbish bin

· If you are changing the amount you give, you will need to delete it and add the donation again.

There are many ways that AECOM is built to deliver a better world. 

AECOM in Australia and New Zealand has partnered with GoodCompany to provide us with access to charities for both pre-tax payroll donations and access to provide charities with a range of both skilled and hands on volunteering opportunities across more than 1,000 charities and community groups, for both individual and team volunteering.

Skilled volunteering is where you match your skills and interests to hundreds of volunteer opportunities.

Hands on volunteering includes roles like tree planting and cooking for the homeless.

There are many benefits to volunteering: making a real difference to your local community, developing and growing your skills and perhaps making new friends on the way!

The Give Back platform makes it easy for you to create your very own fundraising page and get support from your workmates, friends and family.

You can fundraise for any registered charity you are passionate about – for charity sporting events like a marathon or bike ride, or set up a gift registry for charity instead of traditional wedding presents.  It’s up to you how you choose to make a difference.

It’s really easy for people to donate and support you along the way.  Your AECOM friends can make pre-tax donations straight from their salary to your cause while your friends and family outside AECOM can make donations via credit card.
